The Pahibalo app
- Pahibalo has no internet access. Contacts, consent records, messages and settings are stored only on the phone where it is installed.
- Texts are sent through that phone's own SIM. We never receive your customer list or your messages.
- Backups are files you save and keep yourself.
- As the business using Pahibalo, you are the personal information controller for your customers' details and are responsible for collecting real consent.
This website and your purchase
- Payments are handled by PayMongo. We do not see or store your card or wallet details.
- We receive the name, email and payment status of your purchase from PayMongo, to deliver Pahibalo and its updates and to help you if something goes wrong.
- If you receive your purchase code by email, it is sent through our email provider.
- The website runs on Cloudflare, which receives visitors' connection details (such as the IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
- The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. One cookie keeps your order during payment so the thank-you page can confirm it.
